It was love at first sight when we saw the home built by Benchmark Superior Homes. My husband and I had purchased many homes in the past, but never new construction.
We didn’t realize until our scheduled showing, that the realtor showing the home (Paula Wilcox) was the wife of the actual builder, Bret Wilcox. Paula and Bret made a great team. He knew all the answers we had about the home, and Paula knew the best way for us to sell our existing home while putting the Benchmark home under contract.
Bret and Paula worked with us throughout the time we were under contract on both homes to help in any way possible to assure our closings and the transition to our new home went smoothly. They have been only a phone call away for anything we have needed since purchasing the home as well. They are both genuinely good people and have exceeded our expectations time and time again.

There aren't enough accolades I can express about the experience with Bret Wilcox of Benchmark Homes. Both he and his wife, Paula, made what could have been a very stressful experience into a fun exciting time.
